  • Before we begin recruiting for talent, we meet with our clients to understand the intricate nature of their business including the business culture, values, and how it all works. We understand that our clients have a unique set of needs and we provide customized recruiting solutions.
  • We then partner with our clients to map a recruiting strategy designed to target specific types of candidates with the relevant right skill sets and qualifications. Not every candidate is the same. Even candidates that look great on paper may not be the best overall fit. We can provide on-line talent assessments to help “zero” in on the right candidate profiles.
  • Once we develop a successful candidate profile, we immediately distribute the job order to a network of recruiters who specializes in the particular industry of our client.
  • By leveraging our expanded network of industry recruiters our clients experience quicker fill times and a higher caliber of candidate.

WE ARE DIFFERENT EVEN AFTER OUR CANDIDATE IS HIRED:

  • Once our candidate is hired we support with all on-boarding requirements including coordinating all pre-employment screenings, new hire paperwork, and relocation logistics if applicable.
  • We provide full cycle recruiting and HR support from the initial job order to the candidate’s first day on the job.
  • We conduct quality check-in calls on our candidates during the first 30-90 days to ensure 100% client satisfaction with our candidate’s performance.
